On average the clients calendar will be filled with four to seven various workouts to be completed within one week. The workout demonstrations are recorded in HD quality video and are accompanied with written descriptions of how to properly perform the exercise with repetition and set count. Depending on the plan that you chose you may have weekly or daily meal plans.

CAN PREGNANT CLIENTS USE ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS?
Alway's consult with your doctor before you start a new workout program. Most of the programs are modifiable and are okay for pregnant women who were already active prior to pregnancy. If you are pregnant you should email me directly at justinbrownfitness@gmail.com.
IF SOMEONE HAS CURRENTLY HAS A PERSONAL TRAINER, SHOULD THEY STOP SEEING THEM BEFORE THEY START AN ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM?
Ideally, clients would use the Justin Brown Fitness app in conjuction to whatever their in person trainer has them doing but there have been occassions where the online training is superior because it created more flexibility and was more cost effective which lead clients to use the Justin Brown Fitness app as their main source of fitness.
WHAT DEVICES ARE NEEDED?
Any IOS, Android, or Windows device will work. The Justin Brown Fitness App is accessible on any screen, anywhere, anytime.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?
Having equipment is not necessary and most of the programs are designed to be done utilizing bodyweight alone. However, there may be workouts that can be enhanced by the use ofjump ropes, kettle bells, dumbells, resistance bands or stability balls.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO WORKOUT?
Every workout that's scheduled on the calendar has a shelf life of 24hrs before it will be considered a missed workout. The best time to complete these workouts are when the time is right. In order for a client to see true results and success they must treat these workouts like important meetings that can not be missed, moved, rescheduled, looked over, forgotten about or blown off. These workouts are designed to last between 20-45 minutes depending on the skill level and intensity so it's best that the workout time is scheduled when the client is most likely to have uninterrupted focus time for at least 20-45 minutes.
